Taicang Strong BBQ Team Building Event
The sun was shining brightly, and a gentle breeze吹送, signaling the deepening summer vibes—perfect weather for an outdoor barbecue. Taicang Strong organized a fun team-building BBQ event, carefully planned by the HR team.
Employees gathered together to prepare the barbecue ingredients. In addition to skewers, the cafeteria staff even rolled out some savory meat-filled dumplings, and everyone happily joined in, wrapping dumplings as a group. The atmosphere was warm and harmonious.
Before diving into the BBQ feast, the cafeteria had already laid out a sumptuous spread: marinated chicken feet, succulent crayfish, plump edamame, crispy fried chicken—and more! Employees enjoyed these delicious treats in the cafeteria, soaking up the refreshing summer ambiance. Paired with a few cold beers, the drinks were not only invigorating but also helped beat the heat. As they savored their meals, colleagues chatted casually, savoring every moment of this delightful afternoon.
And just when everyone was ready to dig into the main event—BBQ!

2024 Nantong Strong Dragon Boat Festival Event
The Dragon Boat Festival is a grand traditional holiday that combines worshiping deities and honoring ancestors, praying for blessings and warding off evil, celebrating with entertainment, and enjoying delicious food.
Originating in China, the festival originally began as an ancient ritual in which early communities honored dragon gods through vibrant dragon boat races. According to legend, during the Warring States period, it was the tragic figure Qu Yuan from the state of Chu who, after being wronged, drowned himself by embracing a stone and leaping into the river on this day. Over time, the festival came to be widely celebrated as a memorial to Qu Yuan. In some regions, however, the festival also honors other historical figures such as Wu Zixu, Cao E, and Jie Zitu.
The word "Duan" means "beginning" or "start," while "Wu" refers to the scorching summer heat—specifically, the "noon hour," which falls between 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., the hottest part of the day. Thus, "Dragon Boat Festival" literally translates to "the festival marking the start of the hottest time of year"—the peak of summer.

Nantong Strong Safety Month 2024
June 2024 marks the 23rd National "Safety Production Month," and Strong has launched a fire drill for all company employees, centered around the theme: "Everyone Talks Safety, Everyone Knows Emergency Response—Keeping Lifelines Clear." The exercise aims to deepen everyone's understanding of safety regulations, safe operating procedures, and the critical importance of safe production, ultimately helping to eliminate all potential safety hazards.
Before the drill began, participants were divided into five key teams: Emergency Rescue Team, Evacuation & Security Team, Logistics Support Team, Medical First Aid Team, and Communications Liaison Team.
As the drill kicked off, flammable materials outside the first-floor paint booth suddenly ignited, triggering rapid smoke that quickly spread throughout the entire factory. Following the alarm notification, each department promptly mobilized according to their assigned roles and responsibilities.
