Abstract
June 2024 marks the 23rd National "Safety Production Month," and Strong has launched a fire drill for all company employees, centered around the theme: "Everyone Talks Safety, Everyone Knows Emergency Response—Keeping Lifelines Clear." The exercise aims to deepen everyone's understanding of safety regulations, safe operating procedures, and the critical importance of safe production, ultimately helping to eliminate all potential safety hazards.
Before the drill began, participants were divided into five key teams: Emergency Rescue Team, Evacuation & Security Team, Logistics Support Team, Medical First Aid Team, and Communications Liaison Team.
As the drill kicked off, flammable materials outside the first-floor paint booth suddenly ignited, triggering rapid smoke that quickly spread throughout the entire factory. Following the alarm notification, each department promptly mobilized according to their assigned roles and responsibilities.

Before the drill, the members of this event were divided into five major groups: the Emergency Rescue Team, Evacuation & Security Team, Logistics Support Team, Medical Assistance Team, and Liaison & Communications Team.
The drill begins: debris outside the first-floor paint booth suddenly catches fire, sending smoke rapidly spreading throughout the entire factory. Following the alarm notification, department team leaders immediately organize their teams to evacuate the facility.
During the evacuation, the emergency rescue team deployed water bags to deliver water. Amidst thick rolling smoke, the drill proceeded smoothly and in perfect order.
To ensure the drill’s completeness, the exercise specifically included the task of evacuating an injured employee. The emergency rescue team entered the factory carrying a stretcher to carry the injured worker out of the fire zone, while the medical first-aid team rushed in with an emergency kit to provide immediate care and prepared to assist as the ambulance arrived on scene.
At the end of the drill, General Manager Yuan Baodong summarized the fire safety exercise and emphasized the key message: "Employee safety is paramount—Realcreate employees must always remember how to evacuate safely and effectively."
After the drill, the company’s safety officer demonstrated how to use fire extinguishers and provided hands-on training for all employees, helping them better understand and remember the proper techniques for operating firefighting equipment.
"Safety first, prevention prioritized." Through the drill, Strong tested the organizational and coordination capabilities of each department in emergency situations, enhanced all employees' awareness and ability to safely evacuate, improved staff proficiency in understanding the performance of the company’s fire-fighting equipment, and ensured they know how to use it correctly. Additionally, the exercise taught employees effective techniques for controlling and extinguishing fires during their initial stages, ultimately safeguarding both employee safety and protecting company assets from potential damage.
