　　This event was chaired by Quality Director Qi Wutian, who had already systematically completed communication on key aspects prior to the event. He and the employees of Shichuang introduced the company’s current status and provided explanations on safety and quality matters.

　　All employees were intently listening to the host’s questions and answers. As soon as they grasped the logic, they immediately raised their hands high, arms straight and firm, their eyes brimming with eagerness and readiness to jump in.

　　This Quality Day event has come to a successful conclusion. Quality is the foundation of development, and safety is the bottom line for quality. A heartwarming scholarship helps dreams take flight.

To deeply implement the core principle of “helping employees achieve both material and spiritual well-being within the company,” and genuinely convey the company’s care and support for employees’ families, the General Office of Nantong Shichuang Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. has decided that, starting in 2025, all children of full-time, regular employees who are admitted to university will be eligible to receive the “Employee Children’s Scholarship” from the company.
