Abstract

Staying true to our original aspiration with meticulous craftsmanship and building our brand through quality—Nantong Shichuang’s Quality Day event, themed “Solidify the Foundation of Quality and Strive to Be a Model in Quality,” was successfully held on November 28, 2025. All employees gathered together to discuss our quality mission and jointly fortify our quality defense line.

All employees gathered together to discuss our quality mission and jointly fortify our quality defense line.

　　To encourage everyone to actively participate and ensure the successful implementation of the event, Shichuang has specially prepared generous gifts for the winning teams and employees, recognizing and honoring every bit of dedication and effort.

　　The event was chaired by Qi Wutian, Director of Quality at the company. Yuan Baodong, General Manager of Nantong Shichuang, took to the stage himself to deliver a speech, underscoring the high importance he attaches to the event.

　　This event will be conducted through a quiz format involving both individual and group activities. The participating departments are: Sheet Metal Department, Stamping Department, Painting Department, Nantong Second Factory, Procurement Department, Injection Molding Department, Logistics Department, Sales Department, and Quality Department.

　　During the quiz segment of Quality Day, as soon as the host posed the questions, employees immediately shot their hands up, eagerly competing to answer. They quickly stood up to respond—some precisely reciting quality standards, others sharing practical tips for quality control in real-world situations. The scene was alive with a vibrant mix of lively discussions and enthusiastic applause, making it an exceptionally lively and engaging event.

　　At the event site, Shichuang presented carefully prepared awards to the winning teams and outstanding employees. This honor not only recognizes their exceptional performance in the quality knowledge competition but also pays tribute to every instance of teamwork and every pursuit of excellence—may this recognition serve as a warm source of motivation, inspiring everyone to continue upholding quality together in their future work.

　　Although the event has come to an end, the word “quality” has already taken deeper root in our hearts. In the days ahead, we hope that Shichuang will carry forward the team spirit forged during this event and collectively put into practice our quality principles: “Technology leadership, high-quality efficiency, customer first, and integrity and commitment.” Some will meticulously oversee the details, others will tackle challenging problems, and still others will share their expertise. With a united team spirit—thinking with one mind and pooling our efforts—we’ll ensure that every promise we make about quality is faithfully fulfilled in our production processes, and together, we’ll steadily continue on Shichuang’s path toward excellence.

A heartwarming scholarship helps dreams take flight.

To deeply implement the core principle of “helping employees achieve both material and spiritual well-being within the company,” and genuinely convey the company’s care and support for employees’ families, the General Office of Nantong Shichuang Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. has decided that, starting in 2025, all children of full-time, regular employees who are admitted to university will be eligible to receive the “Employee Children’s Scholarship” from the company.
