On this Labor Day—the day dedicated to honoring workers—Shichuang has always taken “pursuit of excellence” as its guiding principle. 　　Li Hailing, a sales representative in the business department: She communicates with customers wholeheartedly and responds precisely to their needs. As a bridge between customers and the factory, sales representative Li Hailing builds a trustworthy connection between supply and demand with both professionalism and warmth. From initial needs communication to delivery and acceptance, from drawing details to logistics timeliness—her value lies in countless seemingly unremarkable yet persistent efforts.

　　Sheng Tao, the supervisor of the sheet-metal department, is responsible for organizing production schedules, monitoring progress on the production lines, and ensuring that every delivery is completed on time. Sheng Tao meticulously oversees every step of the sheet-metal manufacturing process. As the morning mist gently drifts through the floor-to-ceiling windows of the workshop, he sketches out the day’s new plan on the bulletin board—just like an engineer drawing the very first tangent line on graph paper: precise and unwavering.

　　Du Guoqing, Head of the Stamping Department: Provides real-time feedback and optimization suggestions for stamping processes, and oversees the entire production site. Shen Zhongqing’s work is a vivid embodiment of the word ‘flow.’ Driving his forklift through every corner of the warehouse, he ensures that materials—whether heavy sheet-metal blanks weighing several tons or finished products ready for shipment—arrive safely and swiftly at their designated locations under his skilled control. Shen Zhongqing, this ordinary forklift driver, with his steering wheel in hand and accelerator beneath his foot, has become a mobile link connecting warehousing and production.
