Abstract

To enhance team collaboration skills and foster a positive and uplifting corporate culture, Taicang Shichuang held an outdoor barbecue team-building event on May 27. Using delicious food as a medium and interactive activities as a bridge, all employees temporarily stepped away from their busy work routines and deepened their communication amid the warmth of flames and joyful laughter.

　　To enhance team collaboration skills and foster a positive and uplifting corporate culture, Taicang Shichuang held an outdoor barbecue team-building event on May 27. Using delicious food as a bridge and interactive activities as a connection, all employees temporarily stepped away from their busy work routines and deepened their communication amid the warmth of firelight and laughter.

　　Taicang Shichuang’s administration prepared fresh ingredients and a variety of kebabs well in advance. From tender roasted chicken wings to crisp, vibrant seasonal vegetables and an abundance of fruity beverages—everything was ready for the event. At the event site, employees from various departments spontaneously gathered together, washing vegetables and threading them onto skewers. Everyone was happily engaged, and the atmosphere was incredibly lively and festive.

　　Besides that, the crayfish in the iron pot are tumbling around in hot oil, and the aroma of thirteen-spice seasoning spreads everywhere with each stir, making your mouth water. On the grill, the whole lamb is carefully coated with sauce and gradually turns golden under the heat of the charcoal fire; as the fat drips down, it sizzles audibly.

　　The Shichuang employees, basking in the sunlight, carefully grilled skewers in their hands. The scene was filled with a warm atmosphere of concentration and collaboration. As the charcoal fire gradually intensified, everyone gathered around the grill, turning the skewers one by one. The sizzling sound of dripping fat mingled with cheerful laughter, infusing each handcrafted delicacy with the warmth of team spirit.

　　As the charcoal crackles on the open-air grill and the last skewer of marinated lamb is neatly arranged on a plate, all employees of Shichuang gather together to enjoy this long-awaited outdoor barbecue.

　　In this season full of hope, a barbecue team-building event is not only a practical way to provide all employees with leisure and entertainment, but also an opportunity for everyone to get to know each other better.
