Abstract
The beautiful spring days have quietly arrived, and as far as the eye can see, vibrant greenery is bursting with life. On this sunny spring weekend, Strong Group embarked on a two-day, one-night spring excursion.
The Nanhu Revolutionary Memorial Hall serves as the institution responsible for promoting, preserving, and managing the site of the First National Congress of the Communist Party of China at Nanhu Lake in Jiaxing—it’s a specialized memorial museum dedicated to modern and contemporary history. The trip aimed to strengthen team cohesion, enhance our sense of collaboration, and inspire deeper reflection on the company’s mission and core values through an intimate connection with history. Immersed in the unique atmosphere of the Nanhu Revolutionary Memorial Hall, we collectively explored the iconic Red Boat and historical materials from the First National Congress, prompting thoughtful contemplation about our past and future.
Meanwhile, in Wuzhen—often hailed as "China’s last water-town"—we were treated to the timeless charm of this picturesque riverside village, where ancient architecture meets serene canals, creating a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

It serves as a specialized memorial museum dedicated to modern and contemporary history. To strengthen team cohesion, enhance our sense of collaboration, and inspire reflection on our company’s mission and values through an intimate connection with history, we gathered in the unique atmosphere of the Nanhu Revolutionary Memorial Hall. Together, we visited the Red Boat and explored historical materials related to the First National Congress of the CPC, taking time to ponder the lessons of the past.

While marveling at the ingenuity of our ancestors, you’ll also be immersed in the distinctive magic of rural culture—and perhaps even enjoy a uniquely engaging team-building experience!
The ancient town of Nanxun boasts a rich history, with rivers gracefully flowing through its charming streets. Historically, Nanxun has been home to many affluent families, whose exquisite mansions still stand as testaments to their wealth and elegance. Moreover, thanks to the once-popular influence of Western styles here, Nanxun has become a unique blend of Chinese and Western architectural aesthetics—a place of refined sophistication and timeless grace.
After a restful night, we embarked on a one-of-a-kind team-building journey, arriving in the picturesque town of Nanxun to experience the seamless fusion of tradition and modernity. Wandering through Nanxun’s quaint old streets and narrow alleys, we immersed ourselves in the local culture and customs—while also seizing this rare opportunity to strengthen our bonds with one another.
This two-day, one-night team-building event concluded in a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. Let’s move forward together, using this opportunity as a catalyst to strengthen our teamwork even further, foster a spirit of innovation, and pave the way for an even brighter future for our company.

A heartwarming scholarship helps dreams take flight.
