Abstract

On January 19, 2023, the Nantong Strong Annual Conference officially kicked off. The event began with a beautifully presented tea break and a welcoming check-in area as a delightful prelude. Many attendees, including the General Manager, Deputy General Managers, and employees, dressed in formal attire or company uniforms, eagerly signed the guest book and posed for memorable group photos. Following the brief tea break, Nantong Strong’s Deputy General Manager Yuan Baodong took the stage to deliver a speech. He summarized and highlighted this year’s achievements at Nantong Strong, sharing specific examples of the significant milestones the company has reached. He also encouraged all employees to keep up the excellent work and strive together toward even greater success in the future. Next, Strong’s General Manager Yuan Weidong stepped up to address the audience. General Manager Yuan provided an insightful analysis of both domestic and international market trends, setting the tone for the rest of the conference.

Managers, vice presidents, employees, and many other colleagues gathered, dressed in formal attire or company uniforms, eagerly signing their names on the registration board—and capturing memorable group photos to commemorate the occasion.

After a brief tea break, Nantong Strong Vice President Yuan Baodong took the stage to deliver a speech. Vice President Yuan summarized and commented on Nantong Strong's performance this year, highlighting several of the company's major achievements. He also encouraged all employees to keep up the good work and strive for even greater success in the future.

Yuan Weidong, General Manager of Strong, took the stage to deliver a speech. Mr. Yuan analyzed the current global and domestic trade landscape, provided an insightful examination of the sheet metal processing industry, and, guided by this analysis, clearly outlined the future direction for Strong's growth.

After the leader's speech, Strong has prepared certificates and bonuses for every outstanding employee. Strong will never let down all its dedicated and hardworking employees—after all, it’s your efforts that have propelled Strong farther and farther forward.

Strong boasts numerous talented colleagues who delivered one captivating and vibrant performance after another, immersing everyone in joy and delightful surprises.

At the annual gathering, we were fortunate to witness a diverse array of performances, with each act showcasing unique talents and creative flair. From song-and-dance routines to poetic recitations, from grand choral performances to mesmerizing magic acts, every segment left the audience utterly amazed.

A heartwarming scholarship helps dreams take flight.

To deeply implement the core principle of “helping employees achieve both material and spiritual well-being within the company,” and genuinely convey the company’s care and support for employees’ families, the General Office of Nantong Shichuang Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. has decided that, starting in 2025, all children of full-time, regular employees who are admitted to university will be eligible to receive the “Employee Children’s Scholarship” from the company.
