Abstract

On January 20, 2024, the Taicang Strong Annual Conference officially kicked off. At the Taicang conference, Cai Qiuping, Deputy General Manager of Taicang Strong, took the stage to deliver a speech. She praised and encouraged the team for their outstanding performance this year, especially given the unique challenges of 2023, which saw the company maintaining high-quality and efficient operations. However, she also urged all employees not to become complacent, emphasizing the need to keep pushing forward with even greater determination in pursuit of even better achievements in 2024. Following her remarks, Yuan Weidong, General Manager of Strong, addressed the audience. Drawing from the company’s founding journey, he shared his insights into Strong’s current growth trajectory—and used this as a foundation to outline potential pathways and directions for the company’s future development. After the leaders’ speeches, Strong presented gifts to each employee.

A heartwarming scholarship helps dreams take flight.
